If you suspect you are pregnant, schedule a confidential appointment with Pregnancy Choices Indy. We will provide you with a free pregnancy test, and you will receive the results during your appointment. We also accept walk-ins.
Not only do we offer free medical grade pregnancy tests, we also offer free confidential peer counseling to help you understand all of your options and to listen to any concerns or answer any questions you may have.

All of our peer counseling is confidential. You will get to talk one on one with someone who will listen without judgment. All of our services are free of charge. You can make an appointment below or walk-in during the center’s open hours.
Pregnancy Symptoms
Symptoms of pregnancy vary from person to person. According to The Mayo Clinic, the most common symptoms of pregnancy include:
Missed Period
Tender, Swollen Breasts
Nausea with, or without vomiting
Increased Urination
Many of the common signs and symptoms listed above are not unique to pregnancy and could indicate other health conditions. Likewise, you can be pregnant without presenting any symptoms at all.

We are not a full service medical facility, and encourage you to be evaluated by a physician.

Our five pregnancy centers provide free, confidential services including pregnancy tests, ultrasound exams, one-on-one peer counseling, and post-abortive support. We also meet the material needs of expectant mothers by providing maternity and baby clothing, diapers, bottles and other baby items.
