Services

All of our services are free of charge. There is no need to ever bring a form of payment with you.

Verification of Pregnancy

Pregnancy Choices Indy can provide you with a pregnancy verification form at any of our five centers, free of charge, if your pregnancy test is positive. Pregnancy verification is required to apply for Medicaid and other state health insurance programs.

Referrals

Pregnancy Choices Indy has many partners in the community and we can give you referrals for medical, housing, and social services.

Pregnancy Test

The test we offer is to determine pregnancy hormone levels sufficient to indicate pregnancy. The test is a medical grade test and is 99% accurate 25 days after the first day of your last period. The test may be positive as early as 7-9 days after conception. It is helpful if you know the start date of your last period when you come in.

Ultrasounds

Pregnancy Choices Indy offers a limited obstetrical ultrasound to confirm that the pregnancy is located within the uterus, to detect a heartbeat, and to determine gestational age (or how many weeks pregnant you are).

Our clients may schedule an ultrasound, when medically appropriate, after a positive pregnancy test at one of our centers.

We do not use ultrasound to determine sex.

Some restrictions apply.

Post-Abortion Recovery Ministry

Millions of men and women who choose abortion struggle with emotional and psychological complications after the experience. Many suffer in silence. Abortion may have affected your life in ways you could never imagine. You don’t have to carry the burden alone.

Soar (spiritually oriented abortion recovery) is a post-abortion recovery support group for those impacted by the loss of a child to abortion. Life Centers leads participants on a confidential journey of recovery in an intimate support group with others who are moving toward freedom and healing.
